Whether you're creating your job seeker profile or selecting job request criteria to short-list candidates, be sure to carefully review the comprehensive list of positions and select the ones most appropriate for your needs.

How do I sign up for my CanHELP Employer account?

Hover over the 'job seekers' main menu option, and click on the 'getting started' option in the drop-down menu. You will be redirected to the Employer Sign-Up form.

Be sure to read the instructions on the Sign-Up form thoroughly. You'll be asked to provide basic contact and account information to get you started.

Once you've successfully submitted your sign-up form, you will receive an account confirmation email. Follow the instructions found in the email to confirm and activate your account. On having successfully confirmed your account, you'll likely want to sign in and begin populating your CanHELP Job Seeker profile.

Be sure to keep your profile access details somewhere safe.

How much does it cost to sign up as an Employer?

Signing up for and using your CanHELP Employer account can be done immediately for as little as $0.10 an hour, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How often can I use this service?

There are no limitations to how often you can access & search during your subscription period.

Depending on the package purchased, there are some limitations to how many different job search positions & favourites can be used. See the pricing & packages page.

Can I use one membership for multiple locations?

Our system uses your location (city) as part of the search algorithms to locate & match job seekers to your establishment.

Should your locations be in the same city, you could share results with other stores.

Your account allows only one registrant & contact address per location. Therefore, unless you share your email account, other locations will not have access to your account.

Furthermore, job seekers select the locations (cities) they are willing to work. If the other location is not in the same city, the job seeker may not qualify for them.

Do you guarantee I will successfully secure employees using CanHELP?

No.

We cannot and do not guarantee you will secure any job seekers or fill any position.

Then again, no one else can legitimately do so either.

While we offer a platform and tools to search, find, organize and communicate with a targeted job seeker segment, your consistent involvement with the platform and network of job seekers as well as your informed use of the tools offered are up to you.
